Trial class policy

This Trial Classes Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing the trial classes offered by Stars School, a product of Shoshin Tech Private Limited, having its operating office at T-Hub, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana, India- 500081. By participating in our trial classes, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms outlined in this Policy.

 

  1. Eligibility
    a. Trial classes are available to new customers interested in exploring our training services for the first time.
    b. Customers must meet any age or skill requirements specified for the class they wish to try.

     

  2. Registration and Enrollment
    a. Customers must register for trial classes through our official website or designated registration channels.
    b. Enrollment in trial classes is subject to availability and may be limited based on class capacity.
    c. 
    Each customer is eligible for one trial package per household or individual.

     

  3. Trial Class Duration and Content
    a. Our trial classes typically consist of the plan you have chosen, each lasting 40-60 minutes.
    b. The content of trial classes provides a representative sample of the skills, curriculum, and teaching methods offered in our regular classes.
    c. The trial classes are designed to give customers a comprehensive understanding of the value and benefits of our classes.

     

  4. Pricing and Payments
    a. The pricing for trial classes is clearly stated on our website or in promotional materials.
    b. Customers are required to pay the specified trial class fee in advance.
    c. The trial class fee is non-refundable, except in cases where Stars School cannot deliver the trial classes as scheduled.

     

  5. Trainer Allocation and Changes
    a. Customers can experience classes with up to two trainers during the trial period, subject to trainer availability.
    b. Any requests for a trainer change must be made per our policies and communicated to our customer support team.
    c. While we strive to accommodate trainer change requests, we cannot guarantee immediate availability due to trainer schedules and other factors.

     

  6. Customer Dissatisfaction and Refunds
    a. If a customer expresses dissatisfaction with our services during the trial period, a refund may be provided based on the classes attended and the remaining classes in the trial package.
    b. Refunds will be calculated by deducting the cost of attended classes from the total amount paid for the trial package.
    c. Refund requests must be made in writing or via email to our customer support team. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within seven to ten business days.

     

  7. Transition to Full Course
    a. Customers who enroll in the full course before completing all the trial classes can either complete the trial classes first or adjust the remaining classes' amount to the full course payment.

     

  8. Attendance and Make-up Classes
    a. Regular attendance is encouraged for trial classes. Any requests for rescheduling or make-up classes should be made in accordance with our policies, subject to availability.

     

  9. Termination or Modification of Trial Classes:
    a. Stars School reserves the right to terminate or modify the trial class offer at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
    b. In the event of termination or modification, customers will be notified promptly, and any paid fees for trial classes not yet completed will be refunded.

     

  10. Respectful Behavior Towards Trainers:
    a. We expect all customers to treat our trainers with respect and professionalism.
    b. Any form of disrespectful behavior, including but not limited to harassment, verbal abuse, or physical aggression toward the trainers, will not be tolerated.
    c. Stars School reserves the right to terminate the trial class offer for any customer engaging in disrespectful behavior towards the trainers.
    d. 
    In such cases, appropriate legal action may be taken based on the severity of the behavior and as determined by the applicable laws and regulations.

     

  11. Policy Updates and Communication
    a. This Policy is subject to change at the discretion of Stars School. Any updates or amendments will be communicated to customers through email, website notifications, or other appropriate channels.
    b. It is the responsibility of customers to review the Policy periodically to stay informed about any modifications or amendments.

     

  12. Privacy and Data Protection
    a. We adhere to strict privacy and data protection policies. Any personal information collected during the trial class registration process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
