This Privacy Policy explains Stars School, a product of Shoshin Tech Private Limited (“Shoshin Tech” or “we” or “our” or “us”) privacy practices for visitors to our proprietary Internet site at Stars.School (the “Website”). We created this Privacy Policy to explain what information we gather from you when you visit our Website and how we may use and disclose this information. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and made a part of Shoshin Tech’s and by extension Star School’s Terms of Use.

If we make any material changes to our Privacy Policy, we will post a new policy on the Website and update the “last updated” date set forth above. This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through our Website and not to information collected offline.

For the purposes of providing you with the best services, we will collect the following information: 

  1. ​Personal Information You Provide to Us – We only have access to and collect personal information (such as your name, date of birth, social, and financial data including bank details, mailing or billing address, telephone number, or email address, and email preferences (collectively, “Personal Information”)) that you voluntarily give us via Website or email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent your Personal Information to anyone. We are the sole owners of the Personal Information collected on this Site.

Registration Data – The Data provided to us about your child when you register with us including but may not be limited to Name and surname of the child, email address of child’s parents / guardians and their IP address, email address, postal address, phone number, ID card number, username and password, age, gender, date of birth, allergy and medical information, relationship to child, emergency contact details. This to ensure that we have all information necessary, to provide the best care for the child and the said data is significant for the performance of the contractual obligations and is in the legitimate interest of the child.

Device Identifiers – In the course of collecting Usage Information we may also collect your IP address, other unique identifier (each a “Device Identifier”) for the computer, mobile device, Wi-Fi card, or other technology (collectively, “Device”) you use to access the Site. A Device Identifier is a number that is automatically assigned to your Device when you access a web site or its servers. Our computers identify your Device by its Device Identifier. When you visit the Sites, we may view your Device Identifier. We use this information to identify repeat visitors to our Site. In accordance with industry standards, all data relating to a minor provided to us, are processed under the strictest of controls.

It is a parent and/or legal guardian’s responsibility to ensure that persons under the age of 18 do not complete any registration forms of any means through our Website. If you think that your child provided any kind of information on our Website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will make it a priority to promptly remove such information from our records. If we have reason to believe that we hold unauthorised Personal Data of a person under the age of 18, we will delete it immediately.
