Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Stars School, a Shoshin Tech Private Limited product, we are committed to providing our customers with a high-quality service that meets their needs and expectations. We understand that sometimes circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel or change your enrollment in one of our programs. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be flexible and parent-friendly, prioritizing your needs and ensuring your satisfaction.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Full refund

Please notify us 24 hours before the first class if you need to cancel the program. You will receive a full refund without any questions asked.

 

Partial refund

If your plans change within 24 hours of any class, you will be charged for that class but receive a refund for all remaining classes in the program.

Unhappy with the course

If you are unhappy with a specific course, you may cancel it within the first two classes, and we will issue a full refund. If you cancel after two classes, we will issue a partial refund. Alternatively, we offer the option to switch to another course of interest.

 

Refund calculation

If you cancel your enrollment in a program, we will calculate the refund based on the number of classes attended and the notice period.

 

Notice period

The notice period is between the cancellation request and the next scheduled class.

 

Calculation of refund amount

The refund amount will be calculated as follows:

 

  • Total refund: If you cancel at least 24 hours before the first class, you will receive a full refund of the program fee.

  • Partial refund: If you cancel within 24 hours of any class, you will be charged for that class, and the remaining fee will be refunded.

  • Pro-rata refund: If you cancel after attending some classes, we will calculate the refund amount based on the number of classes attended and the notice period. We will charge you for the classes attended and deduct the remaining fee pro-rata.

Switching to another course

If you switch to another course, we will adjust your fee and apply the refund policy based on the new program's schedule.

 

Exceptions to the refund policy 

In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies, we may offer a full or partial refund at our discretion.

 

Course Cancellation

Stars School reserves the right to cancel any course due to unforeseen circumstances, such as low enrollment or instructor unavailability. If a course is canceled, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option to transfer to another course or receive a full refund.

 

In the event of a natural disaster or any unforeseen event beyond our control, we may cancel or reschedule classes. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule the class or offer an alternative option to ensure that your child's education is not compromised.

Refund processing period

After the refund is issued, it will be processed within seven to ten business days.
